Solymontes olive oil carries the taste of the sun
and the mountains. These olive trees – some up
to 300 years old – grow in the remote mountains
around the village of Ardales. Not being
irrigated, the roots of these ancient trees grow
deep, pulling the minerals out of the rocky
mountains below. The olives contain less water
and produce an intense, deep oil. They are hand
picked and pressed in the local mill of Ardales,
bringing the golden purity of this 8000 year
old tradition to your table.
