Our olive pickers are Pablo and his friends. They look after several of the very small family owned olivars in our area. Without their effort, a lot of the olivars would go to waste because it is simply not worth it for the owners to tend to them. We pay Pablo and his helpers 10% over the regular price for their olives to help support and develop the rural area we live in.
